Wine

are you sick of shopping at wine stores, owned by cut-throat multinational companies, filled with the same old brands?  us too!!

We do things a little differently at The Beaufort Street Merchant. In fact if you can get a brand at Liquorland, Dan Murphies or BWS, chances are you won't find it in our wine section. We focus on the smaller boutique producers, at the premium end of the market, the funky, interesting, cutting edge wines, producers, techniques, varieties and brands. Its an eclectic, exciting range of closely considered, well researched wines (research is a tough job, but we apply ourselves diligently).

Here is the wine list for the brasserie which shows wines we are currently pouring by the glass and a small cross section of the type of wines you will find in the wine section.

……sparkling

then it rips in to line with this bright line of acid, kinda like a fat man in a tight yellow suit }
