The Beaufort Street Merchant operates under a tavern licence, meaning you are free to pop in and just have a drink without the need to eat a meal. In saying that, our brasserie kitchen provides top quality rustic, peasant style food throughout the day which many can't go past. Major renovations (the last week of Oct 2010) have seen the addition of a new bar area and more seats for dining. New BarWith comfy couches and wing backs, it’s the perfect new space to catch up with friends or colleagues and try out our new delectable cocktails and specialty liqueurs, beers and cider on tap, or hand picked wines. More SeatsThe renovations have allowed the dining area to be reconfigured, added more seats and enabled a private dining area that can be utilised for group bookings. As always, wines form our fully stocked wine store can be purchased by our brasserie diners and served for a small corkage of $10. We're open 7 days a week.
