owned and operated by brother and sister team Scott and Angie Taylor, The Beaufort Street Merchant is a result of this passionate duos love for all things food and wine. Opening in November 2005, the business has gone from strength to strength, adding a cafe and dining area in December 2006, a private label wholesale house wine service in June 2007 and a kitchenware store - COOK/book - across the road in december 2007.

Angie has a PhD in the field of child imunology, Scott has a degree with honours in Bullshit.
